This weekend will be all about discovery, we will broadly cover the following aspects

-       The Physics of sound

-       The resonant body

-       Finding our fundamental tone

-       The principle of Holistic Resonance

-       The Origin and types of gong

-       How Gongs are made, and their basic materials

-       Approaching the Gong

-       Basic hanging Gong strokes

- The universal greeting

-       Introduction to Pranayama and Gong playing

-       Toning and Gong playing

- Choosing a Gong

-       Choice of mallets

-     The basic of a gong healing

There will be ample opportunity to play in a wide variety of gongs. One gong will be made available per student. For this reason and in order to keep the maximum amount of interaction and feedback, the maximum amount of students accepted will be 10 in the Brussels venue this may change when the training is provided outside Brussels.
